KOBOR ARU PHUL (1972)

'Kobor Aru Phul' is based on the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War. Leader of East Pakistan, Mujibur Rahman managed to get a majority in the Assembly but there was a military wup by leader of West Pakistan.President Yahaya Khan where he, his family, the whole community was ruthlessly suppressed. The ill-effects of the war on mankind are revealed very vividly.
