RANGA MEGH (1976)

'Ranga Megh' is a novel based on the life of the fishermen folk of Uzanbazar of Guwahati. It describes how the politicians and a few contractors exploit them for their own needs. Later, an educated person of fisherman comments, ananda influenced by Mao Tse Tung tries to reform the community and improve its status in society.
